There are many options for Personal Training with Jason. 30 min or 60 min sessions in Ringwood.

All sessions include boxing, cardio and weights and are specifically tailored to suit your fitness goals.

Group Training

Grab a few mates and get together for a group training sessions for an hour in Ringwood!

  • Personal Training by appointment
  • Mon-Fri: 4-6pm – Casual boxing – $10 do your own thing.
  • Mon: 6:30pm – Mixed boxing (men + women)
  • Tue: 6pm – Mixed boxing
  • Wed: 9:30 – Women’s / Mum’s boxing
    + 6pm Boxing bootcamp
  • Thur: 4:30pm – Kids boxing
    + 6pm – Mixed boxing
  • Sat: 9am – Mixed boxing
